If a pricing error is made and a product or shipping cost is listed at an incorrect price, UberLine shall maintain the right to refuse or cancel an order that is placed at the incorrect price. Products and packaging depicted on the Web site may differ from stock available at the time of shipment.
UberLine will ship your order using its preferred carrier, you will be notified of the shipping and tracking details when the order is dispatched. Should the customer give instructions to leave without a signature, then the customer accepts full liability for any damage and/or loss. UberLine.com.au will not accept any responsibility or liability for any items which have not been signed for or any direct arrangements made with couriers.

We Guarantee UberWhite/UberBlack is the best value line marking product in Australia. Value is calculated from: Total cost (including delivery) of your order/Total litres of liquid per pail at maximum dilution ratio. To claim, advise us of your UberLine order number, and send us a receipt/quote of the other product.
If the customer fails to pay for product delivered, UberLine may (in its discretion and without limitation): (a) Take proceedings against the Customer for any outstanding amounts; (b) recover UberLine costs including mercantile agency and legal costs on a full indemnity basis; (c) Publish a public notice of outstanding debt. (d) exercise any other rights at law.
If the customer wishes to return their product for a refund, a restocking fee may apply. Please contact us to discuss.
